Pilates for Children and Staff in schools include:
Classical mat exercises, essential or intermediate level, using balls and bands.
Some sessions will include stories, songs, music, games and exciting toys too!
But that’s just for the teachers!
All programs are designed to improve posture, alignment, core, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength and well being. Some of the programmes include exercises to improve fine and gross motor skills, attention, concentration and emotional regulation.
All children’s sessions are based on the Animals Move book, 25 Pilates exercises adapted for children and taught through beautifully illustrated animal movements.

Mini Moves
Playful pilates for children in the Early Years and KS1
Working on fine and gross motor skills, concentration, attention and focus using motivating movements, songs and games all based on the book Animals Move.


Motor Moves
A pilates muscle work out for children in KS2
Working on attention and concentration skills, mindfulness, core strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, posture and well-being.


Essential Mat Pilates for staff
Focusing on strength physically and emotionally. Working on posture, alignment, balance,coordination and wellbeing. The exercises are designed to improve core stability and upper and lower body strength, and are great for improving moods too. and releasing any tension and stress from the day!
