Pilates & Yoga for Life 

Pilates for Life offers more than just Pilates. Now teaching Yoga too. A gentle balance of mindfulness and stretching, promoting peace of mind and body. Ideal for relieving tension, anxiety, and stress, helping you reset both physically and mentally. All sessions are in the studio. I use lots of props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to support and challenge. Sessions are calm, friendly, inclusive and help you feel stronger inside and out.
